Works great
I love how efficiently it pumps the water up and out into your water bottle or container, it has a good flow. As with other comments, it would help if it sat on the bottle firmly somehow, it isn’t threaded and isn’t made specifically for any jug. I bought some blue caps but that isn’t helpful either as it is too small for it. In general, it works great and I just let it sit on top of the jug loosely and it does ok. Perhaps in the future one can be designed with a washer or specific blue cap to make it snugger.

Works amazing and charges well.
With bottle deposit costs rising from 5 to 10 cents, my family thought that using 5 gallon bottles were better and easier to return than 100+ bottles to a machine that fills up. This dispenser is a great alternative to buying a huge $100+ water cooler dispenser. When you charge it lasts a long time and the box came with two tubes in case one needed replacement. Very easy to put together.

It needs an internal gasket/Spacer
Over all, and with something I added, and keeping in mind I have only had the item 2 days, I am fine with the item. It is as I expected.Before buying it I saw a review that said they didn’t like how it attached to the bottle, that the device was very lose, and did not fit tightly around the bottle. This is true, very true. Not being sure they were using the correct bottle size or something, I decided to buy and send back if I had the same problem.As it turned out I had the same problem! But I understood what the problem with the product was. I had some weather stripping left around, and it fit perfectly.I simply measured it out, by placing said stripping inside the device where it fits over the bottle, and once I had the correct length I cut it to size, then removed the striping’s adhesive cover, I then stuck stripping just inside the lip of the device and it fits perfectly. I have added a picture of the weather stripping size I used, and a picture of what it looks like as a finished product.As for the weather stripping size, I think if it were any thicker it would fight to slip the device on. It also fits well enough to keep dust out of the bottle. I have tested this by taking it off and on a few times and seems to work just fine.I have not had the device but 1 day, so I can not speak for it’s durability.#1. Battery life? Un known, as I have only had the device 24 hours!#2. Is it “Easy to use”? I believe so, I didn’t know you have to push the dispense button for on, then again for off, but that wasn’t hard to expect!#3. Noise Level? Near silent enough!

Not very happy with this one
It works well, has not let me down yet. I can’t seem to put the pump on as tight as I would like. Without the bottle cap it fits and works but it moves also. With the bottle cap it still moves but is a little bit tighter and it works also. I’m trying to figure out if I’m the problem and don’t know what I’m doing. But like I said it does work.

So Far So Good w/Only 1 Flaw
This pump fountain has been vital for our family! We go through roughly 2.5 gallons of drinking water a day (or more) and needed an easy way to dispense it. This is working wonderfully with little splash factor. We liked that it came with two hoses so we can bleach one in between using one to keep our water jugs sterile. This works on various sizes and styles of water tanks. Our only complaint is the only way to know it needs recharged is about 1 second before it goes dead. You will hear a drop is pressure and a spurt, then dead. No warning light or beep, etc. despite the fact that it appears to have indicators for it. This is a problem if you just opened a 5 gallon jug and can’t easily tip it over to fill your glass or coffee carafe. Other than that, we do highly recommend this pump. Helped us save gallon jugs from the recycling center or landfill and that is always a plus! We live in an area with extremely hard water from an underground aquifer and aside from an expensive whole home system, this is currently the best option for safe drinking water for our family.

When you don’t have running water
So useful. I am in a building without a sink or running water. To compromise, this handy item was bought because hand sanitizer can only do so much and it has been a lifesaver. Allows us to wash our hands. It fits the 5 gallon Alhambra water bottle. The charge lasts pretty long can go a whole month or two w/o needing to charge, we run it on the daily, many times. I don’t need to worry about needing to charge it frequently. Can fully charge in an hour.

Great water pump replacement
It has a funny sound when working but pumps well. Simple on off control is easier to figure out than my last pump. The only thing about this that I miss from my old one is a rubber gasket to attach to the bottle. This one just sits on top of the bottle neck.

I was so happy to buy this! I am not a fan of picking up and flipping water jugs so I decided to try this. A significant improvement over a hand pump.
I was using a hand pump that eventually leaked air (no siphon) and stopped working. I use this electric pump about 5 or 6 times a day. So far, it is quiet and works well for several days before needing recharging. The only negative is that it sits on top of the carboy without any secure attachment to the bottle. A rubber bungie to hold it in place would be a welcome improvement, but really, this is a minor issue. It is well worth the price as-is.

Wow, nice
I bought a hand pump that needed a seal around the top to pump the water out of an old carboy. The pump didn’t fit my odd sized jug, and it was a big fail all around, sit, seal, and function.This unit needs to be charged, but it takes minimal electricity and lasts quite awhile. It only pumps water about as fast as a drinking fountain, not like a faucet. But I can fill a tumbler without getting impatient, so that’s fast enough. I used heat shrink to make an adapter for a Lifestraw filter and the pump has no issues with that. So now I have upwards of 10,000 gallons of pure water on tap. And it’s a very simple unit to operate: touch it once ON to start the water flow, touch it again OFF to stop the water, charge it a few hours when the Battery Light appears. Very straight forward. I might buy one of these to take camping.My only gripe is that this unit is also not a good fit on my carboy and constantly wants to fall off when I touch it. Fortunately this poor seating does not impair functioning for this unit, but I have yet to find a good solution for a collar to stabilize the fit.[Edit: I found some cheap universal silicone carboy collars that made a perfect fit with both this unit and my odd sized carboy. One feature I find I would like to see on future units is an LED somewhere inside near the output of the pump, where the light, when on, would travel down the water column and illuminate it in the dark. It would make getting a glass of water at night much easier.]

Does not fit most 5 gallon jugs without modification
I still would recommend it though. We use this on our 3 and 5 gallon water jugs, but it does not fit like a cap, so that’s a little annoying. However, it works very well.Note: If you have a dog that watches your every move, do not let them see you use the button on this. Our dogs have figured out how to turn it on whenever they want as the button is super sensitive. It’s worth the chuckle 😃.
