The cheapest stuff at my local hardware store where I bought the previous faucet that went bad cost 100+. I bought this one for less than 50, but plus tax. The brand that I had to replace was harder to install and the handles were difficult to turn. This model is a real winner in both the price and quality. Amazon seems always the way to go. I was surprised by the prices so I pulled out my phone while looking at all the faucets in the store. I was making my next day delivery purchase before I walked out of the exit.

Nice Faucet
I’ve install a lot of name brand faucets over the years and some have lived up to their brand promise and some haven’t. Being that this one isn’t a brand I’ve ever heard of, even though it’s a bit a gamble, I figured I’d still give it a shot and see. When I opened the box I was immediately impressed. The materials and construction are much higher quality than I was expecting for the price I paid. I’ve had the faucet installed for about 2 months and it seems to be every bit as nice as the Moen I have installed in our downstairs bathroom. If you are looking for an alternative to the overpriced name brand faucets, I would feel comfortable recommending this one.

I like the overall shape/style of the brushed nickel set that I purchased. The components appear to be of good quality.For anyone who is particular about details, I recommend viewing the faucet handles in an expanded/zoom view before purchasing.While some folks might like that these fixtures are banded with red and blue (for hot and cold), when I saw them in person, I was surprised. In my view it cheapened the overall style I had anticipated.They were inexpensive enough that I wound up keeping them…at least for the meantime.Quality is good, though.

Drain plunger is spring loaded not behind the faucet
DRAIN PLUNGER IS SPRING LOADED. So you have to stick your hand into the water to plug or unplug it.I did not notice this when I ordered it. I would have preferred one that you can plug and unplug by pulling on a lever behind the faucet.But other than that, this is nice looking and works well. We’ve had it a few months and no problems so far. It was easy to install.

I’ve installed a few bathroom facets. We’ve had Kohler, Delta, and Pfister. This is by far the best quality that I have ever seen.I purchased this one for a bathroom we don’t use often. The old handles were hard to turn – probably due to calcification. I was not looking for “quality.” I was just looking for something to just “do the job” and not leak. This faucet exceeded my expectations. You could feel the difference just holding it. There’s a lot of metal in this thing. It is well made and I am impressed.100% would recommend and buy it again.

Leaked on Installation
Seemed to be a quality product & I initially liked the quick connect fittings on the “Y” hose. Installation was a breeze but the problems started when I turned the faucet on and had a leak from the “Y” fitting on the cold side. Swapped the hose around and the cold side still leaked. Contacted the Mfg & requested a new cold control but they wanted pics, videos, etc. as proof. Amazon doesn’t require any of that so back it goes to Amazon & hopefully the replacement will be trouble free. These quick connect fittings seem to be a problem with all/most of these Chinese faucets. They either leak at installation, or they break after use.Downgraded my review to 1 star. Less than a year from installation, the cold control popped apart & flooded my bathroom. Thankfully I was home as I’d planned to be out of town today! On close inspection, this failure looks like a design flaw in these controls.There is a threaded brass nipple that holds the hot/cold control to the vanity top, and the OD of this nipple is machined down to a smaller thread where it enters the body of the control. The wall thickness is at its thinnest at this point and it was at this point where the cold control broke. The first pic is a closeup of the brass nipple on the unbroken hot control and you can see how it has been machined down where it enters the body. The 2nd pic is of the broken cold control and you can see the clean break at the mentioned point. This is definitely a design or manufacturing flaw of this faucet and IMHO it’s only a matter of time when, not if, this failure will occur.And “no” I did not have these controls over tightened causing the break. Buyer beware, my incident is not the first that has highlighted this weakness in these faucets!By “saving” $100 buying this cheap Chinese faucet I now have to replace $500 worth of flooring in my bathroom.

Biggest bang for the buck
Very easy to install! I gave it a solid 4 star. I live in an area where the water is VERY hard. This faucet came with it’s own supply lines, but the plastic fittings that are attached to the supply lines will probably wear out within a couple of years. I would have given a 5 star, but I know from experience that those plastic clip on fittings will not hold over time. If you are pressed for time and want a quick fix, so you can sell your house, this is probably the cheapest way to go.

Looks Good
I purchased this faucet to upgrade my guest bathroom. The installation was pretty straightforward and took about thirty minutes to uninstall the old faucet and put in the new one. This style is more for a widespread install but worked in my standard three-hole sink. You can see from the pictures, I included, that the handle bases touch the faucet base but that is what I was planning to happen. I couldn’t find a faucet I liked that was one piece. All in all, the faucet seems to be well built and there were no leaks. The water stream is good, the faucet is very quiet with no splash. I plan to upgrade my master bathroom which has two sinks soon and will use the same faucet there. Can’t speak to longevity but I think this was a good buy so far.

It is nice, it is what we wanted when we upgraded our guest bathroom. I like the nice clean and stylish look of it and that it had the press to close drain stopper. It is easy to adjust to get everything straight and lined up right.Now, it would have got a much higher rating on the install, but I had so much trouble getting the cold-water line to stay connected, even after reaching out to the company and after 3 days no response from them still. I worked with it for about 2 hours on the finale day and I was able to get it to lock on and stay connected. I thought with it connections that it would be much easier and quicker, but it was not.It is very nice as I have said but it was temperamental to install other than that we like it very much.

Good faucet, but don’t count on customer service
It’s a good, quality made product and easy to install given the inherent difficulties of installing this type of faucet. However, the customer service rating is 0. The first one I ordered arrived the day after I ordered it, but it was missing a part. As requested on the instructions, I sent an email to their support dept. and they said they would sent the part out to me. So I waited and waited. A few days later I asked how long it would take, and they said 2-6 days. So I waited and waited. After 10 days I ordered a new faucet on Amazon that arrived the same day I ordered it, for no extra charge. The missing part never did arrive and I returned the first unit. Installation went smoothly and unit works well.

Hot water makes rubbing noise

Reversed hot and cold sides
I really like the look of this faucet but alas I received two faucets which had the hot and cold sides reversed. Meaning instead of pull to turn on you would push. This would normally be no problem as you could just reverse the hole it is in but the handles are color coded and you can’t really switch the colors. Hope the company fixes this.

Easy installation
Very easy to install. Would have given it a 4 star but in the directions it states to use silicone for the flange in the drain piece. It is not included in the box. Definitely use the silicone as instructed and add some to the rubber washer that goes under the sink that pushed up against the bottom of the sink basin. Other wise the water flow is high with god pressure.

Stop! Don’t buy this product! I purchased 3 faucets for my bathroom remodels. 8 months later and all of the handles are difficult to turn, and squeak. In addition to this, for some reason the drains are very slow. From the minute I had them installed by a professional the sinks would fill up with water if I had the water on full. This was not an issue prior to installing them. I remodeled both bathrooms and have experienced the same issues with all three faucets. And to top it off the paint on two of the drains has chipped and look awful. So, you’ve been warned. I went with these because of all the good reviews, but most of the reviews are written the minute they are installed. Yes, they look great, but that’s about it. I live alone o they didn’t get a lot of use. I cant imagine how these will hold up for family with heavy usage. So buy at your own risk! I now have the fun of contacting the seller and see if they stand behind their products, and look for a solution. I’m figuring out that faucets from Amazon made in China are inferior quality to the metal solid brands sold in stores made by well know companies. I’m tired of buying disposable plumbing fixtures online. Back to the stores!Good luck.
