Excellent so far
I ordered it on Sept 20th at $339 plus shipping of ~$34 and Morocco VAT of ~$80, so totally I paid $449.Delivery was very good. I saw it was shipped on the 25th. On the 30th, I received an SMS from DHL saying they planned delivery on Oct. 3rd, but on the same day I got an email asking for copy of national ID and content description for clearing customs. I am not a Morocco residents nor citizen, so I sent my foreign passport instead. On the 3rd, Amazon tracking info said clearing custom was delayed as additional documents were needed. So I called DHL, and the rep said it would be delivered on the 4th instead. On the 4th, I saw a newly posted message about delay on Amazon tracking. I called DHL various times but couldn’t get to anyone. I then sent an inquiry by email and get a response shortly saying it was being taking care of. Then late afternoon, I got the package.Upon arriving, the seal of the packing had an opening large enough to put in a hand but not for getting the phone out, so I didn’t complain.Unpacked, the inner packing of the phone was in excellent condition, very much like the original packing but had no Samsung marking, rather, it had a marking of “amazonrenewed”. There was a film covering the screen, like on a new phone. The phone appeared in excellent condition, only had a small scratch at the back when I looked in detail, and a hair of scratch on the screen that is only visible under bright light and in a particular angle. I tried but couldn’t turn on the phone – there was no response. The box also included a USB-C cable and a cheap non-Samsung charger made in China. I used my own Samsung Charger to charge the phone. After plugged in, it showed the battery was at 0. So I let it charge to full. After started, it turned out fully unlocked. My Morocco sim card works with 4G. The phone’s software looked already reset, but I reset it myself anyhow. Then updated to the latest system with Android 12, and loaded many apps I need. During about the first week, the battery appeared quite poor. With medium usage it lasted about a day. I tried all necessary settings to conserve battery, but it didn’t seem to help much. These couple days, it becomes much better, lasting about 45 hours. I read it was likely due to some AI processes either from Android 12 or Samsung doing the learning work at first. But it’s pretty bad the phone doesn’t show any info.I would say I am very happy with the phone. And this is after having a terrible experience in the past with Samsung. The last Samsung phone I had was S7 Edge bought in Thailand (I am a traveler), new at a Samsung store for perhaps ~$800. I actually wanted the normal S7 (without the “edge”), but it was out of stock then. I never liked the “edge”, it was a silly design in my mind. The phone worked well initially, but in the coming couple of years I had a terrible experience. About 5 months later when I was in Vietnam, the screen started to show shaded bands across. As I was wondering how or if I should return to Thailand to get the phone serviced, the bands disappeared after a month. Then about another 7 months later when I was in Azerbaijan, the phone couldn’t start after I did a system update. So I couldn’t use the phone for a couple weeks until I reached Tbilisi in Georgia when I had someone flashed it. About a year later, it died on me again when I was in Morocco. I had someone re-flashed it, but it was not successful. About 1 month later I reached the city of Fes where there is a Samsung service center. After checking, they said there was something wrong with the motherboard. Very shocking! I’ve never had such problem in my life with all the phones and computers, cheap or dear, and this was a flagship! So eventually, I sold it to a local repair shop for $200, for which they said they only needed the screen. That was end of 2017.So I never bought a Samsung again, and would definitely not buy one at the full price. I admit the S series is not worthless. At least, I like the camera. But I never had a chance to buy one at a largely reduced price (I won’t buy from just any second-hand sellers). So now, the Amazon reviewed phone with some warranty got me interested. Yes, I have some risk, but to me with the past experience, the risk is not much higher than getting a new phone from Samsung, plus, I am putting in a much lower bet now.

Definitely what I was hoping for
I am always leery about buying used electronics. You never know if you get the one that was barely used, and the person is just a serial upgrader every time a new model comes out. OR, if the item was traded in because it was malfunctioning, and wasn’t spotted before being resold. Not the issue here so far. Tested every feature that I would actually use and it runs smoothly and quickly. From a full charge in the morning before I go to work, and with moderate usage throughout the day, it is generally down to about 80% by the time I go to bed (usually between 1:30 and 2:00am). I am upgrading from a much earlier model Galaxy and the camera (both still and video) quality is spectacular comparatively. Particularly in low light. Verizon SIM card transferred over without issues and that Samsung transfer app was a God send for getting all of my stuff (including pix, wifi passes, etc…..) over to the new phone. The lack of an SD slot makes me a bit nervous, but this one is the 256 gig model so hopefully, I won’t have to do much relocating of files, images and videos over to my PC with the space that there is on here.Physically, the phone was in pretty good shape. Though there were a few minor scuffs on the back, the glass for the screen AND the camera lenses were flawless. And, I always use a case/holster anyway, way back since the old flip phone days. So, I will never actually SEE the body of the phone anyway. All in all, up to this point, I feel like the investment was good. There is 90 days worth of warranty so if I stumble across something that is a deal breaker, I can return it. If you are looking for a phone that won’t cost as much as a cheap automobile, this “renewed” option may be something you can look in to. I will be trying it again when it is time to make another upgrade.

Stay away , use another seller .
I paid for a “excellent” device though what said was synergy next to the “sold by” area which I always pay attention to as I deal with many sellers on the platform (Amazon). They ended up being very very helping in tracking down the seller as I always try to find a solution with them first before I call Amazon. So, moving forward, basically I received what would be at best, a fair to acceptable device . It has pits and grooves all along the bezels , a huge scratch on the back from the middle to the edge of the device. The screen was not great either , it came with a film type screen protector which I found strange as I purchase many devices and felt I should take it off to have a look and inspect. While the screen was not great it was also not working properly via the amoled screen/digitizer recognizing fingerprints or gestures at times , maybe it was just the optical fingerprint sensor malfunctioning , actually I believe it’s digital sensor on the s21 , regardless that’s nor here or there, the lint is , it didn’t work and was buggy when touching all around NOT due to the OS (updated it to android 13 UI 5.1 it came on 11) (operating system ) but the hardware. Not being updates is not big deal as I prefer the option so that was done right at least. However, I wish I had taken a picture of the back of the device as admittedly at this point I was disappointed and in the moment of “wth” moment because it took me 30 minutes to clean the device properly peel the stickers off and glue all over to truly inspect the device which I already knew it was going back as it’s not excellent and they will definitely get it back much cleaner than I received it but , again it device is beat up. They fact it wasnt even cleaned and had sticker residue all over the the device as well or some sort of glue, was the first big indicator. They did not replaces the battery as well and it was not refurbished, I work in IT and other areas of tech like OSINT , basically hardware and software areas , not only by Amazon’s standards but in general, it’s common knowledge and states when purchasing , a “excellent “ condition device should have 90% battery health or above , this device had 74% battery health below 80% is unacceptable even for the cheapest condition you can buy as you’ll need a battery replacement within the 1st 6 months most likely sooner . It gets worse as I contacted chubbiestech and got zero help or care for that matter , they said call Amazon it’s on them for the most part. I am making that short as ot was jet her a automated reply or a very I dont care approach on customer service. I also reached out a second time to make them aware that about the battery percent being at 74% for the next person as a professional courtesy to get a copy and pasted same response. So , very contradictory when if it’s sold by then and refurbed by them but are telling me it was handled by Amazon. I have the screenshots of the lack of concern or help and it’s just disappointing. As of now as I feel this brings up a issue that is indicative of the way things are now which is , the whole situation is a mess, as I made the return properly , bought insurance and did things accordingly , SO come to find out as of today the 18th of November, UPS has lost the package , Amazon can’t process my refund manually for another 2 weeks until the ticket expires , which is outrageous as this should not be on me , my responsibility is done in the matter, it’s was returned and I paid extra for insurance to make sure it’s safe, and I am eating the cost due to bad business practices on chubbieatech part as I am a small business myself, and I hate to say this but time is money , this will cost me in the end regardless of what happens , all due to not getting what I paid for from the start , I am in shock that in this day & age finding proper solutions and proper business practices has become so hard. If I would have gotten the excellent condition device that I had no problem paying for and they had no problem taking the money , I shouldn’t be without a device and up the creek as no one wants to step in and take accountability. I’m sorry , sellers like this that slip through the cracks and shouldn’t be in the platform, Amazon is not eBay. Now it’s my headache and it is very frustrating. PLEASE do yourself a favor and stay clear from this one because if your device is not not up to par, good luck as you will not get help , I’m a week in and I’m out of money spent and a device . I should also mention the charging port had a lip around the oval port indicating it’s been dropped , which is fine however replace the parts and check the device , make sure it works and indeed in excellent REFURBISHED condition. Nothing on this device was cleaned or fixed and was a poor device . I truly hope Amazon doesn’t sensor my review , which I have a feeling they will because this is the real life experiences that occur when you don’t get what you pay for and trust the Amazon name and sellers under them , and here I am with no device or refund of my money. It’s not ok , there is no A-Z guarantee here . Everyone has passed the buck. This is a HONEST review along with the consequences of poor business practices I think people should know about if you chose to buy from here and should not be censored.

Nice phone pretty impressed with Build
Ok, so I like the phone overall. The phone functioned as it should. There were some minor issues, not that they impacted function overall. There were some signs the phone was taken apart and repairs done. Upon initial start up the phone became instantly hot, like immediately. Slowly cooled down and didn’t seem to get hot again. Second issue was a white substance where screen and body meet at the bottom near mouthpiece, thought it was white powder, but could not wipe away no matter what I did, even a small razor could not get rid of it. Not sure what it was, not easy to see, but it was there. Third the screen had a burn in, that was really hard to see, but when a gray background was applied there was a rectangle burn in. could not see with normal backgrounds, but it was there. Very evident, 4th issue extremely minor and again hard to see but when viewed at an angle the back showed signs of something stuck to the back. They tried to clean, but it still showed when viewed at an angle, again did not impact function. Not an issue, but it seems like some type of sticker was applied at some point. Lastly, the camera created a blue hue to all my shots. It only showed when using the camera light. Normal shots looked fine with no flash, but flashed shots always showed a blue hue no matter my settings. Overall screen looked fine and phone did function as described, no noticeable blemishes as advertised. Screen was blemish free, phone went through about 2–3 hours of updates. And installs, plus my files. So about 4–5 hrs in total get it up and running properly. But once the updates were applied, everything preformed as it should. The phone was extremely fast and transferred my number with no issues. 5g was working flawlessly and extremely fast compared to my last phone. Size is nice coming from a 6.7 in phone, but the screen on this phone was just fine. the gray color on the back is done extremely well, not cheap looking gray, but something very clean and refined. Impressed overall. Not sure if this was a company issue or Samsung issue. So not sure how to rate the company overall good experience, but examine your phone carefully. I returned mine, but you never know what you’re going to get, from any of these companies, I’m sure they deal with all types of problems with phones coming in. I can just imagine. Its a crap shoot overall.

Great product, great price!
No nicks or scratches to the phone body or glass. This phone looks new! Everything works as it should and it was so easy to get everything switched over. They even sent a little key to get the sim card out. A great product at a great price. Would definitely buy again!

Was nervous but pleasantly surprised
I was a bit nervous when I purchased this phone because I feel like you never know what you are going to get with a refurbished device. However I was pleasantly surprised. I purchased this for mine 13 year old daughter who has a habit of losing her phones. So we didn’t want to have anything too expensive but we definitely needed it to be functional. It looked like new and despite having a battery that runs out a little faster than normal it worked perfectly.

Weird power issues/Short life
It’s a powerful device, it ran well as long as it ran, however a number of times the phone was reporting moisture in the power port even when the phones had not been exposed to moisture. It died after a year, getting a little wet in the shower. Kind of feel like I was sold a unit that had unresolved issues and did not meet what I felt would be refurbished-Excellent standards.

Come as expected but charger didn’t work
The phone come with little scratches back, in the camera lens corner and a bit in front but is not so evident. Even the data cable is not great but do the job. The real problem comes with the charger, is surprisingly cheap and doesn’t work. You connect and appears to start charging but suddenly it stops charging and no longer resume it. A bit disappointed but for the price, at least the phone works really good. It’s only when I buy a device, I’ll expect a complete and functional package.

this is my second refurbished phone.
I recently dropped my s10 on a corner of a table and cracked the screen. I needed a new phone and fast since it is tied to literally everything in my life. my s10 was refurbished from amazon and so is this one. I have had no issues at all with the battery life or other functions of the phone. I think it may have had some scratches on the back but I have it wrapped in an Otterbox so I could care less for the scratches. if you want a great functioning phone and you protect it in a case of some kind does it really matter if it has a scratch or two. as long as it works well or same as new then I am all for a lower cost to buying a good phone.

No dual SIM SLOT, battery lasts
Phone arrived in good condition, did nit realize that there was no dual SiM to increase storage space. It was a bit difficult to insert the SIM into the slot at first, it seemed too tight and had to be held tight to get it in. Super fast charging was good, phone lasted a long time. Did heat up sometimes when charging in my car. I use it for work so decided to upgrade to a S22 with 256 storage since its a newer model with upgrades. The updates kept running for the first 2 days but it finally worked well on the 3rd day without glitches. Its a decent phone, just prefer more storage without the cloud. Have used other phones in the past but Samsung is reliable and you know what you are getting, even though its pre loaded with their apps. Overall a decent phone. Unlocked is the way to go. Renewed is an excellent option for saving $$ and amazon has a great 90 day satisfaction warranty. Check the ratings for the sellers though. Some are great, others, ehh. I will always shop renewed over full price because I dont like payments.

NOT true 5G is a possibility
This is the 2nd S21 5G I bought in the past 10 months. I discovered yesterday that there’s 2 different “Model Names” that can be easily confused but there’s a huge difference between them. There’s the SM-G991U & SM-G991U1. 991U is a US carrier Version that has been unlocked & renewed. The 991U1 is the officially bought from Samsung unlocked. The major difference is the connectivity to the cell towers. The 991U1 has a solid white, big 5G symbol & it’s official 5G speeds. The 991U has 5G inside a box. When the box is filled it it is “5G”. But when the box is empty the symbol still says 5G BUT… In reality it’s connecting to a 4G LTE tower, which connects to a 5G tower. The Internet speeds between the 2 are totally obvious. Little disappointed that the 256GB I use now, is the 911U, which is NOT true 5G. But price was right, came in almost brand new condition, camera takes great pics, 1 tiny tiny scratch, but everything works just fine. So my 1 tiny complaint, still makes this phone worth the $298.

It’s fine… but keep a charger handy.
I like the phone. It does all of the phone things I need it to do. My only issue is that the battery life is very limited. I’m comparing that aspect to my company issued iPhone 14 which can go for days without a charge.

Excellent condition! No dents no dings!
My Unlocked Samsung S21 5G was delivered in EXCELLENT CONDITION just like it said it would. No dents no dings! I was a little skeptical when I seen the box. The box read Verizon Unlocked. I’m with Cricket Wireless, which is GSM, and I wasn’t sure if this phone would be compatible with my Sim card. I plugged in my sim card and everything works perfectly. Just like a new phone.

Love my new phone
I’m super impressed. I bought this phone as an upgrade from the refurbished galaxy s10. I’m amazed at the quality of photos compared to the older model. Can even take great shots of the moon. Not as great as the galaxy ultra for super zoom but it still gets the shot. Only thing I don’t like is that the phone is alot thicker then the s10. I thought it would be thinner. Phone came in pristine condition. Doesn’t even look used. Just like the last renewed phone I purchased.

Not Factory Unlocked
Id like to start off by saying, it wouldn’t be a huge issue if you are using a physical sim, however if you plan on using an eSim, just keep in mind the will have a persistent notification of no sim card installed. Also, important to note that Verizon doesn’t have RCS texting, so if the alarm SIM card was from Verizon, you won’t be able to use that feature. luckily I had one from a carrier that supported it, so was able to pop it in and unlock that feature. The screen did have some light scratches on it, but barely noticeable during use.Next thing is to make sure you complete system updates, create or login in to your Samsung Account and get app updates. Phone works great and no major issues other than above. Phone works as described and came with accessories, though I didn’t test the cable and brick (third party) as I already had one. Overall good experience. Would buy again, however, id make sure it was Factory Unlocked next time to avoid the Sim issues.

Just as advertised
Well everyone in Amazon land grab a beer or whatever your favorite refreshment is this might be a long review. The phone was advertised grade excellent. The only cosmetic issue there was a very small scratch above one of the camera lenses and you really have to fight to see it. The only real issue is the charger they sent was a slow charger meaning it would have taken 6 hours to charge my phone. The fix for that is to either buy a fast or super fast charger in what should charge your phone in about an hour and a half. As far as the cameras concerned unfortunately I’ve not been able to get out and about and test it out but I’ve heard they’re supposed to be very very good and some of the pictures I’ve taken were fantastic. Sadly I can’t post a picture of the phone or any pictures I’ve taken because I’m using the phone right now to do this review. But I would definitely recommend this company also as a side note there’s no issue the phone was unlocked and I was able to effortlessly I put it on the Boost Mobile network. My name is jon and I approve this message.

Great phone great price!
Let me start by saying I don’t know much about phones, especially the latest greatest models out there simply because I refuse to pay more for a phone than I did for my first car. That being said, I had my last phone for a good 4 years before I had no choice but to get a new one…and I am so glad I picked this phone! The size – exactly what I was looking for, not too small where I can’t see anything but not too big to holdThe battery – lasts all day for me. Granted I’m not a teen glued to my phone 24/7 but I’m on it a fair amountThe memory – WOW. I guess I’ve really been missing out, my last phone had a whopping 12gb…to go from that to 128gb?? The possibilities are now endless for meThe speed – another thing I’m not used to, everything is immediate. Very rarely does the spinning circle appear and when it does I barely have time to register the fact that I have to wait because it’s usually done before the thought’s finishedOverall – if you’re like me, not looking to refinance your home but want a decent easy to use phone, this is a great choice!

Practically brand new
Cosmetically this device is in near perfect condition. No damage at all to the case and only 2-3 very small hairline scratches on the screen that are only visible from very close up and from certain angles. The device charges perfectly fine and had no issues with setting it up with an AT&T sim. All features of the phone so far work fine. I am very happy with this purchase

The best phone I have ever had
This is the best phone I have ever owned, I bought it mostly for the memory. (256gb). My other phones were 64gb, and I was always runing out of space and had to keep deleting apps, even though that didnt work.I am not sure about the face recognition because I haven’t used that yet, I like the fingerprint. I wish it were a little bigger but it does fit in my hand pretty good.

Not unlocked
ETA: customer service was helpful. We were able to return the locked phone and received an unlocked one in return. Additionally, both return shipping and shipment of the new phone were free. They did require receipt of the product before they would send out the replacement, so it took longer than I would have liked, but it was a reasonable requirement, and shipping was expedited. Overall quite happy with the product and service. The phone I purchased stated it was fully unlocked but it isn’t the power up screen says Verizon and my Sim card doesn’t function. I’ve sent a message. If customer service steps up and takes care of the issue, I’ll update my review, because it is a nice phone. But right now it’s worthless to me.

Overall great purchase
The charger it came with didn’t work, but I had one that works with it just fine. There was one small scratch on the side that is barely noticeable. The battery drains fairly quickly. Other than those three things it is perfect. I’m happy with the phone and it was a great price for it. It is significantly faster than my previous phone and has enough storage that I’m not upset with the lack of expandable storage. It does everything I need it to do and runs very well. There is no lag that I’ve noticed and the screen registers touches very well.

Only gave it 4 stars, because it’s gunk in the speaker part. And the way my ocd set up. I’m going to hate cleaning it out. Guessing I’m going to need a needle to do that. It has a little wear on the outside of the charger port area not obviously. Other then that I’m liking the Galaxy S21 it’s a major up grade then the Android Motorola I’ve had since 2019.

Happy Customer – Bang for your buck!
First off, I am very picky and overthink any purchases. Making a decision to buy a reburbished phone was a difficult one. After lots of research, I chose the “excellent condition” S21. It was definitely in excellent condition with one little scratch along the side corner of the phone that is barely noticeable. I bought a new case, and it’s completely covered. Everything else is 100% flawless. I’d consider this phone beyond excellent condition. I would most definitely recommend.

Great deal
No complains on the phone, it’s great. Kind of funny that the charger is a Motorola 😂

Good Phone, Charging Block + Cable Don’t Work
The Phone is refurbed well and works but the Charging Block + Cable that come with it are cheap, not marked as fast charging, and didn’t work.

Beautiful Condition! Easy transfer! BUY IT!
***11/10/23 Update*** Took one star off due to issues with android auto. The cord I received with the phone DOES NOT work with android auto, car screen just says “reading usb” and then eventually kicks me off android auto. Tried an old Samsung cord I had from an old phone that works but it does seem very sensitive and loses connection to android auto – not sure if that’s an issue with the port itself? *****I needed a replacement phone quickly due to the screen going out in my trusty old S10 but didn’t want to pay $1000 for a new phone so I was looking to get used/refurbished. I was skeptical with some of the negative reviews for the condition of the phones but I am SO happy with my purchase so far. The phone was delivered on time and packaged very securely and with protective stickers. Came with a Samsung charger that looks new. The phone is in EXCELLENT condition, literally looks brand new. There is a hairline little scratch on the screen you can barely see which I’m going to cover with a screen protector anyways. Phone was at 82% when it arrived. Booted up, put sim card in, working like a charm! So far SO GOOD! Less than $250 for a nice like new upgrade from the S10. If you are on the fence – BUY IT! I can’t believe I’ve ever paid so much for new phones from the cellular company. Probably never will again!

IEMI
I purchased this phone in 2023. Put the I EMI number.Add metro PC s and they’re saying it’s a Galaxy S22. Not a 21 which is very weird, but the I EMI number is actually what is going to let you know what the phone is. But when I bought it, it said Galaxy S21.

Quality control can be an issue, but when checked well, the renewed S21 is great!
My husband and I both ordered the phantom gray S21 from thegadgetdeals. His came first, and it was perfect, so I was really excited about mine. However, when mine came, it was so scratched up and bumpy on the back that I did not feel it met the excellent condition it was described as. I returned the phone and ordered a replacement. (One thing I will say about thegadgetdeals is that I never had any issues with their customer service, and they always worked with me.)My replacement came and everything looked good until I turned it on. The bottom right of the screen had dead pixels that wouldn’t light up no matter how I tried to troubleshoot. I had to request a refund and then order again (couldn’t get a replacement for an already replaced one). The third one came, and everything seemed perfect. I had already started getting the phone set up when I realized that the bottom speaker was not working at all no matter what I tried. So I returned again and was about to give up and try to find a new one to purchase.I decided to give it one more go, and my FOURTH one came earlier this week. This one has been perfect so far, and I don’t have any complaints with it. Renewed can be awesome, but be careful about the seller. Quality control seems to be the biggest issue.

Much better than expected
I don’t leave reviews often but after buying and recieving this refurb galaxy s21 I feel like I have to. I was expecting the phone to look ok, a few dings, scratches, etc… After looking over everything very closely I could only find 1 tiny tiny dent the size of a needle or so on the top edge of the phone. I cannot find anything else. The phone is running perfect and looks brand new. I doubt everyone’s experience will be this good but I would be very happy to buy from this seller again.

Awesome experience
The phone arrived earlier than expected. It has a good appearance, maybe a 9/10, while its performance is a solid 10/10. This presents a great opportunity: excellent performance at a low cost.

Hardware Issue – Easy return
I didnt know this before buying, but there seems to be an issue sometimes with the front facing camera where it has focus issues. Seems like it would be a hardware issue direct from samsung, not the seller on amazon. The phone seemed in excellent condition as advertised besides that camera issue, but im not satisfied with a defective device. The return process was simple, no trouble.

Good phone, technically unlocked.
Renewed unlocked phone sold by Olympic in Excellent condition.First off, it is in excellent condition. Or close enough for me anyway. The phone looks new except for a small scratch on the back that shouldn’t be there, according to Amazon’s description of “Excellent”. But it was going in a case and like most people I mainly care about the screen, which is scratch-free and looks mint. The phone is unlocked, but it’s a Verizon carrier unlocked model SM-G991U, NOT the factory unlocked model SM-G991U1. I asked the seller about this before purchasing, but they didn’t respond until a week after I already had the phone. Their late reply was “This item is fully unlocked to work with all carriers”. It’s not an issue with this particular phone, because there were no differences in features from different carriers, but definitely something to be aware of. Ultimately I don’t care and had no problem adding a T-Mobile eSIM and it updated with their firmware. This is my second time buying an Amazon Renewed phone. The first time I received a locked phone (from a different seller), but Amazon makes it easy to return for a refund and there’s no real risk. So I didn’t mind trying again and overall THIS phone looks good and works well, so I’m happy, enough, with THIS renewed purchase.

Excellent, except 1 minor flaw.
I needed a new unlocked phone quickly so this was my choice, & I am pleased with the product. Only issue is that there was no mention of a screen protector being previously installed, and it seems to have come with one covering the camera lenses on the back of the phone. Instead of a silver plate around the camera as pictured in the Amazon listing, mine is black & sticks out above the lenses. Not sure if it is able to be removed as I find it cosmetically displeasing & is affecting the way photos are captured. Other than that, I am a few days in & am not experiencing any other issues as of right now. You would never know this was an “Amazon Renewed phone”, there is not a single scratch or dent on this unit.
