Beautiful product at a great price
This product is beautiful and works perfectly. There have been other reviews about the threads not being super tight. That is true,but I always use tru blu pipe thread sealant no matter what and I had no leaks at all when I tightened these fittings. Great product for a great price! I will continue to use their products in the future for sure. Also great customer service and response as I asked them for a customized order.

Liked it at first, but
Puts out a lot of water! So much that I feel wasteful. Looks nice.Update: The shower head is coming apart and spraying water all over the ceiling. It is not repairable. Difficult to see in the pic, but there’s a gap where water is spraying out. Will be asking for a refund.Update: we ended up just getting something at Home Depot. Too bad, it was nice while it lasted – which wasn’t long.

The handle has a big logo on it.

Excellent product
Old moen faucet quit working, and after I installed this faucet I’m glad it did. This setup is a really nice, simple and easy setup. It took me probably an hour to disassemble the moen and install this. No joke, I have never had a better shower. This faucet set up rocks and is a steal of a deal.

Beautiful hardware for my shower
I have not installed yet, because we haven’t begun to renew our bathroom yet, but as soon as I do, I will update my review and post pics. This is one of two shower heads I bought to see which I like better but I can honestly say this one is beautiful and is my husbands favorite.

Plumber said it’s notorious for leaks
We need a new cartridge that pops on because of leaking. It was leaking behind the wall and he sanded the brass and added more tape.

It is ok.
First, this was designed to be “unboxed”. The packaging was nice and tidy. It is beautiful. Just like the photos. Had all the pieces needed to install which was a major plus.The streams of water all gather to one place about a 1/4 the way down the floor. I can deal with that. Some of the sprayers don’t work, some don’t have any water coming out of them at all and some spray in the wrong direction.Overall it was a good buy for the price.

Awful pressure
The pressure is horrible and the shower head won’t stay in an upright position. Definitely felt like a factory fall as the head is too heavy to stay upright. Definitely don’t waste your money.

Can’t properly control temperature. Needed to add a hot water mixer before tap. It is installed and tiled so I could not return. Spend the extra money and buy a proper set

J’adore le pommeau de douche mais j’ai malheureusement essayé et réessayer d’installer la pièce relié a la poignée et elle ne cessait de couler malgré la quantité de Téflon que j’ai mis sans compter les tuyaux gaspiller.. Je crois bien que la pièce était défectueuse..

Black is peeling off faucet plate
I purchased this faucet set in August of 2021 and the showerhead still works really well but this cover plate started peeling off. Even though it says it has a 1 year warranty I cant get ahold of the seller, and according to amazon their product support window for this is only 3 months. I also can’t locate just a shower faucet plate cover for this either. Really disappointed.

Had this installed and there is no way to stop the valve from leaking. Uninstalled it and returned. It looks nice but no use as it leaks. I definitely do not recommend this shower trim and valve kit.

Valve Leaks DO NOT BUY
Like many other poor reviews, the valve leaks, no amount of teflon or pipe dope can stop the leaking and you will waste time and money using this product. AVOID!

Leaks BAD
Every joint leaked on installation, hot, cold AND shower! First with Teflon tape, then with good quality pipe dope. Obviously the threads are cut slightly the wrong size! Looking at the reviews, Amazon needs to NOT sell this product! Went with a real name brand, at not much more money, worked first time!

Looks great, too bad it doesn’t work
After paying someone to install this in our master shower, it look great, however, the shower head does not position correctly. The ball is too loose and it just hangs straight down, so it’s basically useless. Will now need to purchase a shower head so we can use the shower. So disappointed!

Questionable value
NPT pipe threads in the valve will not tighten with sealing tape and adapters installed. Threads do not appear to have proper taper for standard NPT threads. Both valves the same and have caused a lot of problems trying to get them water tight at the fittings.

It Will Leak
This product deserves less than one star. It looks nice but is made very cheaply. I ordered two and both of them leaked from the handle used to turn on the shower. Unfortunately i missed the return period by a few days and still had faith. Thus I ordered another one. Luckily I can return this one for a refund. I believe the company should make an exception and allow me to return both! Don’t buy this product. You will waste your money and your time if you do.

Defective product
I ordered this for a cabin we were remodeling. It was ordered ahead of time so when plumber could do it it would be here. I spent money paying some one to put it in but it was defective and leaked. Now it’s past the short time I had to send back. I found no way to contact the seller!

Stylish and functional shower system
This shower set has been an amazing addition to my bathroom remodel. The sleek and minimal design of the system looks great on the tile backdrop I had it installed on, and the aesthetic of the shower is so much nicer with this product as the centerpiece. The matte black finish looks amazing and feels great, and the cord for the shower wand is as minimal as possible and doesn’t draw too much attention to it. There’s a massive logo on the handle which I wish wasn’t so visible, but outside of that small issue the set looks very luxurious.The appearance of the set looks very simplistic and minimal, but the functionality of the device is not as simple. The rainfall shower head works brilliantly and provides plenty of pressure. My shower experience is much more relaxing and I find myself spending way too much time enjoying the spa! The included wand works great and has plenty of water pressure headed its way. The diverter works well and quickly, and I’m very happy with the products functionality. It makes showering more efficient and enjoyable, and even gives me an easier time when I’m cleaning up.

Leaking!
I purchased this back in March and we just finished our remodel about 2 weeks ago. The water flow is great and it looks nice. I thought I was getting a good deal until it started leaking the other day around the rim of the head. I’m outside my return window so I’ll have to go buy something else. There is basically no way to get in touch with the seller.

shower diverter
this new cover plate is alot smaller then my old one.. i need to find something that will completely cover the hole in my shower wall.. this does not.. normal covers are at least 7″ diameter.. this one is only 6″diameter… stop cutting corners and maybe you can be the same as the big boys.

Do not purchase this!
Save yourself a huge headache, and do NOT order these! I bought two, because my boyfriend and I are redoing our master bathroom, and BOTH shower valves leak terribly! We’ve tried using plumbers tape, thread sealant and JB Water Weld to stop the leaks, and NOTHING has worked yet. Had we not used the thread sealer, I would have returned it, but once the sealer didn’t work, we knew there was no returning it with the sealer on it. We are now on our third layer of JB Water Weld on the one side, and our fourth on the other, and we’ve still got leaks. I am BEYOND frustrated and mad that I spent over $200 on junk. I don’t ever write bad reviews, and I seriously almost didn’t write this one, but now that we’re on day three of not being able to have our water on, because these stupid valves won’t stop leaking, I’m at my wits end. Save yourself the headache we’ve had, and find something else.
