Not enough power.
This drill (although visually appealing) lacks the power that I need. I needed to take an old door off and rehang and new one. Using the PH-3 bit I got the drill to only back out the screw less than half way. I had to put down the drill and use my hand screwdriver.

Complete tool kit
The media could not be loaded.
I used the toolkit to build a dresser and install some lights. Everything worked great. The drill and power testing tool came in handy. I appreciated the drill bits as I didn’t need to purchase any separately. Good for using around the house because of all the variety of tools included.

Everything was fine but the drill was broken
The product I got had a bad drill. The drill wouldn’t work even after charge battery and turning the drill in various modes. The overall item was decent, the different tools all seem to be as expected. I wish I could just get the new drill set but I had to return the whole thing to get the refund and I ended up getting a different cool combo set.

False advertising
I bought this kit because I wanted tool to be organized in one case. The tools do not fit in slots and appears to not have a designated slot for each item. Highly disappointed and will NEVER use this company for future purchases!

I no longer need a man!
This drill kit is perfect. It’s a perfect size, and has all the bits that you may need for drilling stuff around the house. It worked straight out of the box- didn’t even need to charge it. Suddenly none of my furniture is wobbly anymore and I’m able to add in screws that have been missing for a while. Totally worth it.

Packs some power!
I’m very happy with this 21V drill as it is a powerful little work horse. It is a very solid product and includes a wide assortment of attachments. The tool box is very spacious and holds the pieces in an organized manner. I had a few projects this weekend and this drill was perfect for each job. It’s not overly heavy so anyone can use it. Overall, you won’t go wrong with this one because it gets the job done!

Great for small indoor jobs, and it’s light and portable. It has a flexible attachment to allow the drill bit to reach around curves in tight spaces. Very easy to use and holds a charge well.

Sturdy nice for a starter drill kit.
I liked the fact that this kit provides enough parts and bits to get started. Everything worked well for me and I was able to drill, sand, and polish. Certainly not at a level as the top cordless drill manufacturers but competent to get work done. Time will tell how it holds up. At this point I’m expecting to get some life and longevity from it. The kit came as and operated as described.

Poor quality and poor performance.
The Jar-Owl Portable Power Drill Set is a huge disappointment. For $39 I did not expect high quality. This is poor quality. The drill was weak when it worked. After some serious testing, the drill failed and will simply not run.I do not recommend this drill set for anyone.

I was impressed.
Got this battery operated drill as a back up to my higher end set that I have. First let me say that even if this thing feels and looks like a toy drill, it works pretty well. It produces a decent amount of torque, and will have no problem with light weight projects. The drill comes with a case and a bunch of bits and sockets. The bits are made of cheap soft metal and don’t work well or last. Do yourself a favor and get some decent bits and this thing will do what it is supposed to. I have used it on a couple of projects that I had and it did everything that I asked of it, then again I didn’t ask alot. It will drive screws and drill holes. Not sure how long it will last, but as a back up it should be a nice addition to my toolbox.

Good cheap around the house tool
This is definitely a lot cheaper than the drills the professionals use but it does work. Battery holds a good charge and it’s really light. The tool kit has most of what i need around the house. The torque is kinda leaking but it probably for the best i.don’t think the plastic handle could take to much. All in all a good cheap little kit to keep in the house.

I feel like they could’ve done better. The plastic is super cheap a feels like it will break easily. The motor seems ok but not up to working day in and day out. However, it would be a nice kit for someone that wasn’t needing daily use. The kit comes with many attachments like screwdriver tips, sockets extensions, etc etc.This would be a good gift for like a single mom or a young couple just starting out and learning how to maintain their own house. It’s got most everything they would need to fix items on a honey-do list. Especially for the price, I’d say it’s a beginner set.

A good entry level tool
I used this power screwdriver quite a bit this weekend. I used it to drill a lot of holes and to drive screws into those holes on a single battery charge. It is smaller in size than the more expensive power screwdrivers and powerful. It has a plastic feel to it but I was able to get past that.

Nice all-in-one kit
This is a very inexpensive kit with modern features. The drill features an automatic brake (instant stop) when letting go of the trigger just like my “M18” series power tools. I will be keeping this drill kit with my RV permanently. I used it all day for the last two day building some shelving for my garage. The battery does keep up and I put it on the charger during my breaks. The battery appears proprietary — for a while these small brand power tools were using Makita-clone batteries but I’m not sure what this mixes with.

Impressive!
So I mostly own all Dewalt tools and between my work truck and shop, I have very little tools at home. I needed some tools at home that my wife, daughter and I could quickly access. So I ordered this cordless drill kit. I really wasn’t anticipating anything spectacular, as it’s not a well known brand. Now let me tell you that this jar-owi cordless drill set is quite impressive. It’s lighter than my Dewalt, charges as fast as my Dewalt 1.5ah batteries and so far, performs the same. It comes with the basic screw bits, drill bits and sockets that are common for stuff around the house. It feels more comfortable than my Dewalt and again, the weight is noticeably lighter. My wife likes this cordless screwdriver over the old black and decker one that she kept in the barn and likes the fact that it has a good selection of bits included in the case. The case is well designed. I would have liked it if the case was designed to carry the cordless driver with the battery attached. Unfortunately you have to remove the battery to store everything in the case. I can tell you that the performance is great. The battery life is the same as my Dewalt and I can use this thing nonstop for a couple hours and don’t notice it overheating or dropping in performance. Would I use it at work instead of my Dewalt, probably not. The reason is that I’ve been a big fan of Dewalt and have had the same cordless screwdriver and impact driver for over 8 years, including the batteries and they have never failed. So I’m going to continue to use my Dewalt at work but I will be using this at home and will update this review in the future with any positive or negative feedback.

Drill = OK; kit is a loser
The drill seems well made and is functional — drove a 5/16 spade bit through a 4″ pine knot. Reviews have noted questions about extra battery and I located several choices on ALI Express. Ordered, received fully charged and works properly. Kit came with a manual for a different product. Bit extender was crooked — junked. The sockets are all metrics. Drills bits (6) are larger than “homeowners” would normally use. Quality of larger (P2) bits are poor: junk after one use! So i changed items in the case to what I wanted but the “kit” is not similar to the quality of the drill.
